Has anyone used an abdominal exerciser abdominal type where there is support for the head, then hold machine and rock to sit up, if you could tell me if it is effective
I used one. I think it was called Ab rocker now it just keep the clothes! I think the "ball" works great for squats and crunches. You get more than one section too.
