Do you know if Tony Horton’s 10-minute trainer really works?

Does Tony Horton’s 10 minute trainer work? Did it work for you? I’m not fat but I want to gain tone and definition.

10 minute trainer is a great way to tone up since it uses an excellent mix of cardio and resistance training. You get a kit with the system that gives you the resistance band or bands (depending on if you get the deluxe or regular kit) and that is really all you need.

It is recommended to do 2 – 3 10 minute workouts per session. This give optimal results. The great thing is you can carve it up during the day if you need to. They are great workouts and really work you for the 10 minutes. No time wasted!.

I was able to get back on track with my fitness and even keep it with me when I travel. This was a big deal for me since I am in hotels 2 – 3 days per week!

You will like the program. It’s fun and fast paced. you will feel like you have a personal trainer with you in every workout!
I do recommend the deluxe kit though since it really has everything and is the best value.
